Wesley Adam Gutshall

Wesley Adam Gutshall, 47, of Shermans Dale, PA, left this world far too early on September 1, 2026. A loving husband, father, son, and brother, he was a good man who found joy in helping others. If Wes ever hugged you, chances are you can still feel the warmth of it today. Wes was a highly talented mechanic who could fix anything with an engine, and most things without one. He was a creative problem solver with a passion for teaching others, especially his children, who learned so much from him through his patience, knowledge, and example. He had an incredible memory and could recall the tiniest details, which made him a wonderful storyteller. He always seemed to have a joke, a movie quote, or the perfect reference for any situation. His love of music was equally remarkable. He could tell you the song, artist, and album of nearly every song he heard, whether it was playing on the radio or quietly in the background of a store. Wes loved spending time with family and friends, whether he was hosting a grilled cheese party in his garage or loading everyone into his small bus to go see Christmas lights. He always wore a smile on his face and carried a twinkle in his eye.

Loving, kind, gentle, and patient, Wes embodied the qualities we will strive to carry forward in his memory. Though he left us too soon, the lessons he taught, the laughter he shared, and the love he gave will remain with us always.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Tanya; his children, Charlotte and Axel; his parents, Barry and Melissa Gutshall; his brother, Dustin Gutshall, and sister-in-law, Holly Thompson; along with many extended family members and friends whose lives were touched by his kindness, humor, and generosity.
