Virginia Straub

Virginia Frazier Straub, 89, of Camp Hill, died Thursday June 13th 2024 at Thornwald Home in Carlisle PA.

 She was a graduate of Williamsport High School and attended Lock Haven University.

 Born May 14 1935 In Wilmerding, PA, she was the daughter of the late Jno Frazier and Jeanette Brion. She was preceded in death by her Husband Jack Edward Straub who died February 17, 1985.

 Virginia is survived by 3 children, Terri Lynn Straub of Rancho Palos Verdes, California, John Alan Straub of Apex, North Carolina and Timothy Frazier Straub of Camp Hill, PA, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. 

 Virginia worked at the Salvation Army as a Bookkeeper and at Sears in the tool department for many years. She also previously worked at Kaufmann's Men’s shop. She loved to sew, make quilts, and enjoyed playing scrabble with family and friends.

 Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Friedens Cemetery in Liberty, PA.
