Vera L. Strock

Vera Lorraine Strock, 91, of Mechanicsburg, died Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at Messiah Lifeways.

Born in Carlisle, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Fannie (Weary) Gutshall and wife of the late J. Paul Strock.

In her younger years, Vera was a Sunday School Teacher and a girl scout leader. Later in life she enjoyed gardening and spoiling her grandchildren.

Survivors include her children: Patricia Noggle (Corey), Kathy McAfee (Darwin), Barbara Strock; her grandchildren: Tristan Noggle and Chelsea Schultz as well as her great grandchildren: Sage Schultz and Alder Schultz.

Vera was preceded in death by her siblings: Gayle Hollenbaugh, Ken Gutshall, Richard Gutshall, Glenn Gutshall and Paul Gutshall.

Services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
