Teryl "Terri" Mumper

Terri Mumper, of Carlisle, passed away Tuesday, June 18 unexpectedly at Claremont Rehabilitation Center in Carlisle at the age of 70. Born in Carlisle, she was the daughter of the late William and Joyce (Hess) Mumper. 

Most recently, Terri was employed as an administrative assistant for Merakey, a human services provider in Carlisle. She also loved flowers and enjoyed gardening, swimming, and trips to the beaches of Delaware and Maryland.

 Terri is survived by one sister, Vicki Baker (husband Roger) of Carlisle; a niece Kimberly Lynch (husband Clayton) of Gardners, PA; and nephews Matthew Baker and Chad Baker (wife Michelle) all of Carlisle. Great nieces and nephews Jordan, Jacob, Ryane, Nikolas, Dylan, Ian, Lauren, William, Lyla, and Bryson; great-great nieces and nephews Gwendalyn, Hudson, and Evelyn; and Godsons Ian and Zachary Woodward also survive her. 

Terri’s family will receive friends from 10:00-11:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 26 at Hoffman Funeral & Cremation, Ltd., 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA 17013. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Terri’s memory to Speranza Animal Rescue, 1216 Brandt Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
