Tara L. Heisey

Tara Leigh Heisey (Espenshade), 61, of Shermans Dale, passed away on August 1, 2023.

Tara was born April 8, 1962 and grew up in Mechanicsburg. She graduated from Mechanicsburg High School in 1980, and spent the majority of her career as an insurance agent. Tara loved all things floral, hummingbirds, animals, and music. You could often find her in her garden singing every word to the song on the radio she constantly had on.

Tara is survived by son, James Garrett Collins (Stephany), and daughters Angela Lakis (Jacob) and Devin Cox; sisters, Kim Mahoney and Christy Espenshade; brothers Chris Espenshade (Ryan) and Lee Espenshade (Pat); three grandchildren, as well as two nieces and a nephew.

A visitation will be held from 5-7p.m. on Wednesday August 9, 2023 at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA.
