Shirley A. Eppley

Shirley Arlene (Sherman) Eppley passed away Sunday, August 13, 2023 to be with her Lord.

Born January 17, 1944, in Carlisle, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Leona (Stringfellow) Sherman.

Shirley was a graduate of Carlisle High School, class of 1962.

She worked at Carlisle Theatre, Bedford Shoe, F. W. Woolworth and retired from Dickinson College.

Surviving is her husband of 59 years, Marlin E. Eppley, her daughter, Tracey Lynn Kibler, her husband, Dan, of Mechanicsburg, her brother, Robert Sherman and her sister, Bonnie Foltz, both of Carlisle.

Shirley was preceded in death by her brother, Frank Sherman, Jr., her sisters, Dorothy Painter, Delores Adams, Barbara Beaston, Frances Behrens, Yvonne Zimmerman and Darlene Alexander.

Services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
