Ruthanna "Minnie" Y. Davidson

Ruthanna “Minnie” Beam-Davidson, 86, of Boiling Springs, died Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at Claremont Nursing & Rehab Center.

Born in East Berlin, PA she was the daughter of the late Charles and Catherine (Leas) Marks.

Minnie enjoyed country music, playing bingo and walking. She also enjoyed going out to eat, especially to Walnut Bottom Diner. She loved children and spent most of her life as a children’s caregiver

Minnie is survived by her children: Sherry (Tim) Clippinger, Darrell Beam, Randy (Tina) Beam, Kevin Beam and Reggie (Andrea) Beam; her grandchildren: Nathan Wood, Amy Wood-Jourdet, Patrick (Amanda) Wood, Alan-Michael (Taylor) Beam, Nicholas Beam (Nickolas Klingos), Alexander Beam (Alyssa Zelwalk), Zachary Beam, Adleigh Beam, Eric Smith, Starr Smith and Elijah Smith; her great grandchildren: Isabella Jourdet, Maxwell and Ellie Wood, Dekiah, Eleni and Keefer Beam as well as her sister: Darlene Mbugwa.

She was preceded in death by her siblings: Gerald Marks, who died as an infant, Charles “Sonny” Marks and Rosie Asch.

Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral service 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at Hoffman Funeral & Cremation, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, where the family will greet guests after 10:00 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow the service in Westminster Cemetery, Carlisle.
