Ronald Lee Stine

Ronald Lee Stine, of Boiling Springs, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at his residence. He was 79 and the husband of 53 years to Nancy Kohler Stine.

Born in 1943 in Carlisle, he was the son of the late Richard Baum and Erma Stine

Ron served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War.

Ron worked for over 15 years at Land O’ Lakes, formerly Holly Milk, in Mt. Holly.

He loved to travel, especially to Ocean City, Maryland and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where he and his family would camp. He also loved airplanes and trains and watching Washington Commanders Football.

Ron was also a member of Carlisle Air Modelers.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter: Tracy Witherow, her husband, John, of Boiling Springs; his grandchildren: Ashley Henke, her husband, Bryan, of Carlisle, Brandon Witherow, of Harrisburg as well as his great grandchildren: Brayden and Grayson.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, November 29, at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle.

Interment will be held privately.
