Robert L. Shughart, Sr.

Robert L. Shughart, Sr., age 62, of Carlisle, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2016.
He was born March 4, 1954 in Carlisle to Sophia A. (Bohn) Shughart of Carlisle and the late Clarence S. Shughart.
Robert retired after 41 years as a truck driver for Daily Express. He was a member of the American Legion, Post 101, of Carlisle, and was past Commander of The Sons of the American Legion.
In addition to his mother, Robert is survived by his wife, Karen L. (Bailey) Shughart of Carlisle; son, Robert L. (and Michele) Shughart, Jr. of Carlisle; daughter, Kelly J. (and Anthony) Cloud of Dillsburg; four grandchildren, Brandon and Blake Shughart, Zane Anthony and Jaxon Cloud; and two brothers, James (and Linda) Shughart and Stanley (and Mary) Shughart, Sr., both of Carlisle.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date.
Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA is handling the arrangements.
