Robert E. Gillaugh

Robert E. “Bob” Gillaugh, 86, of Carlisle, passed away on Sunday, November 18, 2018 in his home while surrounded by his loving family.
He was born April 2, 1932 in Carlisle to the late Raymond and Helen (Berry) Gillaugh and was the widower of Beverly M. (Crull) Gillaugh.
Bob was a 1951 graduate of Carlisle High School. After high school he honorably served his country in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. Bob worked for Bob Baish Glass and Body Shop for over thirty years before his retirement. He enjoyed history, woodworking and traveling to Williamsburg, VA.
Bob is survived by one son, Jeffery E. (wife Mitzi) Gillaugh of Carlisle; one daughter, Brenda L. (husband David) Cleland of Carlisle; three grandchildren, Erica (husband Justin) Wallace of Enola, Megan (husband Brian) Boyer of Carlisle and Jeffery Gillaugh of Carlisle; four great-grandchildren, Blake, Evan, Riley and Harper; one brother, Donald (wife Maxine) Gillaugh of Carlisle; and one sister, Marjorie (husband Allen) Mountz of Carlisle.
Funeral services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2020 West Trindle Road Carlisle, PA 17013.
