Robert H. Albright

Robert H. Albright, 88, of Carlisle, died Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at his residence.

Born in Middlesex Township, PA, he was the son of the late Frank and Elsie (Lightner) Albright and the husband of 67 years to Phyllis (Wagner) Albright.

Robert worked for many years raising and butchering fowl/poultry before becoming owner/operator of Albright Motel, Middlesex, where he worked for over 40 years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Terry T. Albright, of Florida, Tammy K. (John) Balitis, of Arizona, Steven F. (Raquel) Albright, of Carlisle; his grandchildren: Jessica (Jon) Albright, of Indiana, Emily (Ty) Drew, of Carlisle, Ian Balitis, of Arizona, Kaitlin Albright, of Pittsburgh, Paige Albright, of Virginia; his step-granddaughter: Shayne Anne Ramos, of Carlisle; his five great grandchildren as well as his siblings: Janet (George) Cromer, of Carlisle and Charles (Eleanor) Albright, of Leesport.

Robert was preceded in death by his son: Robert H. Albright, Jr. and his sister: Mary Jane Merris.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, March 1, 2026 at Hoffman Funeral & Cremation, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle. Interment will be held privately.
