Peggy J. Skinner

Peggy J. Skinner, 95, of Carlisle, passed away January 18, 2026, at her home.

Born December 21,1930, in New Kensington, PA, she was the daughter of the late William and Genevieve (Blair) Schultz. Peggy was a graduate of Plum Senior High School and a proud military spouse of her late husband Richard “Skip” Skinner, whom she shared over 72 years of marriage with. She enjoyed painting, working outside, music, crossword puzzles and was an animal nurturer.

Surviving Peggy is her daughter, Margo Skinner; sister, Sally Fisher; sister-in-law, Eileen Cardinal; nephews and nieces, Randy and Sharon Fisher, Mark Fisher and Mira Comino, Cecil Fisher, Paul and Tami Krusper, Danny Krusper, Linda and Bill Erskine, Joe and Rogan Cardinal, and Tim and Melissa Cardinal; close friends, Matula and Scott Hazell.
