Pauline E. Deitch

Pauline E. Deitch, 93, of Claremont Nursing Home and formerly of Carlisle, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2019 at the home. She was born June 8, 1925 in Carlisle, PA the daughter of the late Bixler N. Shughart and Elsie Nailor Shughart. She married Marlin G. Deitch. He preceded her in death on June 25, 2004.
Pauline was a member of the Newville Assembly of God Church. She had been employed by the Newville Shoe Company.
Pauline is survived by her daughter: Dianne M. Singer of Plainfield, and her son: Dennis G. Deitch and his wife Sharon of Carlisle, five grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Pauline was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.
Funeral service will be held on Friday at 1:00 PM at the Newville Assembly of God Church, 403 Oak Flat Road, Newville, PA 17241 with the Rev. Jeffrey W. Kettering, officiating.
A viewing will be held on Friday from 11:00 AM until time of the service.
