Norman (Tom) T. Stout, 85, of Boiling Springs, passed away February 9, 2026, at his home.
Born July 15, 1940, in Boiling Springs, he was the son of the late Harold M. and Ruth E. (Fahnestock) Stout. He was the husband of over 68 years to Glenda A. (Pebley) Stout who survives.
Norman will be fondly remembered as a family man with a great love of music; he was a talented guitar player and played in several bands throughout his lifetime, 2 of those bands were Chapter 7 Gospel and Reminisce Country/Gospel. Aside from his musical endeavors, Norman was a member of the Carlisle Brethren Church and Teamsters Local 776. He was employed at Consolidated Freight as a forklift operator until his retirement.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by; his children, Norman T. Stout Jr., Timothy J. Stout, Tammy A. Caudill and Terry L. Stout; brothers, David M. Stout; sisters, Ruth Naomi Jumper and, 13 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. He is preceded in death by his brothers, Harold M. Stout Jr., John William Stout, George D. Stout; his sisters, Nancy Johnson, Francine L. Lauver, and Cathy Finkey and his grandson, Christopher J. Stout.
Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
