Nancy E. Sweeney

Nancy E. Sweeney, 78, of Carlisle, passed away on Sunday, January 16, 2022, at her home.
She was born December 6, 1943, in Carlisle to the late Robert Daniel and Myrtle Frances (Bolen) Kauffman.
Nancy spent many years of her life babysitting for local families. She most recently worked for Nells as a cashier for more than 15 years.
She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Patrick Sweeney of Carlisle; two daughters, Connie Sweeney and Patricia Berry both of Carlisle; one granddaughter, Cecilee Anderson of Carlisle; and her great-granddaughter, Brielle. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters.
Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
