Michael J. McClintock

January 9, 1951 — December 25, 2025

Michael J. McClintock, 74, of Carlisle, was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on December 25, 2025, while at LeTort Spring Nursing & Rehab Center.

Born January 9, 1951, in Carlisle, he was the son of the late Cecil L. and Esther (Baker) McClintock. Mr. McClintock was a 1969 graduate of Carlisle High School and honorably served his country in the United States Army. He was employed by the Navy Depot, where he faithfully served as a Public Works Maintenance Supervisor until his retirement. Following his retirement, he established “A Touch of Green,” a Carlisle-based landscaping service.

Michael was a devoted Christian and a longtime member of Great Hope Baptist Church. In his earlier years, he served as a youth leader and coached youth baseball and football, sharing his faith, guidance, and encouragement with many young lives. He enjoyed hunting, landscaping, and spending time working outdoors, where he found peace in God’s creation.

Surviving are his loving children, Ryan McClintock (Sara) and Sonya Stoner (Michael); his cherished grandchildren, Brooke, Michael, Madeline, Anna, and Joey; his brother, Steve McClintock; his sister, Roxie McClintock Lybrand; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Deborah Lou McClintock, and by his sisters, Cindy Manion and Jean Russell.

While his family mourns his passing, they rejoice in the promise of eternal life and take comfort in knowing that Michael has entered into his heavenly home.

Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.

Memorial contributions may be made, in lieu of flowers, to the American Cancer Society.
