Michael E. O'Brien

Michael E. O’Brien, 55, of New Cumberland, died Saturday, July 9, 2011 at his home.
Born July 24, 1955 in Carlisle, he was a son of the late Richard and Lillian Baum O’Brien.
Michael was a US Army veteran and also a former employee of the State Correctional Institution, Camp Hill. He was a huge music lover and enjoyed his enormous vinyl record collection.
Surviving are one son, Todd O’Brien (and wife, Michelle) of Jacksonville, FL, two sisters, Jody Gilbert of Newville and Leilani Brandt of Newville, one brother, Richard O’Brien of Oklahoma and six nieces and nephews.
Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
