Marie Annette Kuykendall

Marie Annette Kuykendall, 85, of Franklintown, passed away at Church of God Home on January 27, 2026.

Born on August 30, 1940, Marie is the daughter of the late Raymond and Thelma (Sheaffer) Conrad.

Marie is survived by her three children, Suzanne Heilman of Gardners, PA, Richard L. Kuykendall Jr., of Franklintown, PA, and Barbara Eppley, of Elizabethtown, PA, her 9 grandchildren, her 21 great-grandchildren, and her 5 great-great-grandchildren.

Marie is preceded in death by her loving husband, Richard L. Kuykendall Sr., her daughter in law, Beverly Kuykendall, and her son in law, Barry Heilman.

In her earlier years, Marie worked for Merck, where she ultimately retired from. She was a lifetime member of the Franklintown Fire Company and a member of the Mountain Ridge Church. She loved sewing, gardening, and playing bingo. 

Marie will be dearly missed by her friends and family.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, from 10:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at Hoffman Funeral & Cremation, 2020 W Trindle Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013. Burial will take place at Westminster Cemetery immediately following the service.
