Louis William Mahoney Jr.

Louis William Mahoney Jr., age 70, passed away at his home surrounded by his family. He was born October 3, 1952 in Torrington, Wyoming, son of Louis William and Aliene Mahoney(Gross).

He worked for the government in the Civil Service working at the Depot warehouses in Mechanicsburg, Cumberland, and Carlisle locations before his retirement. He served our country honorably in the US Navy working in the Administrative Support as a personnel man where he helped meet the goals of the US Navy.

Louis will be remembered by his family as a loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family and going fishing and going to the beach. He also enjoyed watching his grandchildren wrestle and was a fan of the Washington Redskins and enjoyed going to the casino.

Louis is survived by his wife Judy Mahoney(Marston) and his children Scott Mahoney and his wife Amy Andrew Mahoney and his wife Lynn. He is also survived by his sisters Lana Provazzo, Cheryl Reynolds, Sally Canazaro and his brother Patrick Mahoney, his grandchildren Ryan and Austin Mahoney, Brittany Hain, and Isabella Llaguno. He is also survived his Loving In Laws and several nieces and nephews.

A Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday January 27, 2023 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory 2020 W. Trindle Rd Carlisle, PA. 17013.
