Lana K. Provazzo

Lana K. Provazzo, 80, of Carlisle, died Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at Sarah A. Todd Memorial Home.

Born in Carlisle, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Aliene (Gross) Mahoney, and the wife of 58 years to Vincent Carmelo Provazzo. In addition to her husband, Lana is survived by her daughter: Anne Marie Miller, her husband, Kenneth, of Carlisle; her son: V. Christopher Provazzo, his wife, Beverly, of Hummelstown; her six grandchildren: Olivia, Lane, Carson, Vincent, Nikolas, and Joseph; her siblings: Cheryl Reynolds, Patrick Mahoney and Sally Canazaro as well as her sisters-in-law: Rosina Provazzo and Judy Mahoney, brother-in-law Richard Canazaro, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Lana was preceded in death by her brother: Louis Mahoney, Jr. 

Lana loved spending time with her family and friends. She liked to cook and enjoyed music and dancing. She was active in the Junior Civics Club, and was a parishioner at St. Patrick Church, Carlisle. 

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing from 6:00 - 7:00 pm Monday, April 29, 2024, at Hoffman Funeral & Cremation Ltd., 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle. Her Prayer Service will begin at 7:00 pm, where Father Chiedozie F. Ononuju will officiate. 

Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Lana’s name may be made to: Alzheimer’s Association Greater Pennsylvania Chapter, 2595 Interstate Drive, Suite 100, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
