Kathleen V. Vrabel

Kathleen V. Vrabel, age 70, of Boiling Springs, PA passed away at home on Sunday, October 23, 2022. She was born May 7, 1952, in Allentown, PA to the late Thomas W. and Josephine A. (Lupcho) Hudak.

Kathleen was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church. She worked at Trinity High School, Capital Blue Cross, General Electric and volunteered as a CCD Aide at St. Patrick Church.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Richard J. Vrabel; daughters Roseann T. Vrabel of Columbus, OH and Maura R. (Vrabel) Brown and her husband Brad of Raleigh, NC; brothers Thomas Hudak and his wife Valerie of Emmaus, PA, James Hudak and his wife Gloria of Whitehall, PA, Frederick Hudak and his wife Gail of Whitehall, PA and Jeffrey Hudak and his wife Eileen of Bath, PA; sisters Theresa Hudak of Coplay, PA, Diane Lloyd and her husband Kevin of Whitehall, PA and Jane Horensky and her husband Ray of Slatington, PA.

In addition to her late parents, Kathleen was preceded in death by her brothers William and Joseph Hudak and sister Joanne Hudak.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, October 28, 2022, at the St. Patrick Catholic Church, 85 Marsh Drive Carlisle, PA 17015. Interment will be in St. Patrick Cemetery on Friday at 1:30 PM. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2022, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Rd., Carlisle, PA 17013.
