Jeffry T. Cowan

COWAN, Jeffry, 71, of Carlisle, PA, formerly of Johnstown, PA passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at Forest Park Nursing & Rehab.

Born November 23, 1953 in Johnstown, son of the late Louis and Jane (Rosage) Cowan and the husband of 10 years to Helen (Vitalie) Cowan.

Survived by his children: Louis Cowan, of WV, Adam Cowan and wife, Rachel, of MI, Joshua Cowan and wife, Christina, of Philadelphia; his granddaughters: Cassidy, Bridgette, Addison, Jewell-Leigh, Zoe, Lilly, Meera, Ari; as well as his siblings: Greg Cowan and wife, Connie, of Singapore, Becky Grandinetti and husband, Saul, of Sinking Springs, Ken Cowan and wife, Anne, of Birdsboro, Amy Cowan and husband, Eddie Prendergast, of WV.

Jeffry was preceded in death by his sister: Mary Cowan.

Jeffry was a former butter churner at Land O’ Lakes. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with family.

The family will be holding a private ceremony to celebrate his life.
