Glenn Eugene Stambaugh

Glenn Eugene Stambaugh, much loved brother and friend, died of cancer on November 5, 2025.

 On September 24, 1948, Glenn was born to Glenn Albon and Jean Weidner Stambaugh and was raised on his family’s dairy farm outside of Carlisle, PA. Glenn went on to attend and win honors at Lehigh University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He continued as a professor of Computer Science at Shippensburg University. He was an avid swimmer and bike rider. Glenn supported local charities generously but quietly including Bosler Library, Project Share, and the YMCA. 

Glenn will be greatly missed by his sister and her husband, Nancy and Ed Freeman. His memory will live on in the hearts of all those many friends who loved him.
