Gary Scott Smith

April 26, 1957 — January 12, 2022

It is with great sadness and love that the family of Gary Scott Smith, 64 of Seattle, Washington, announce his peaceful passing into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 12, 2022.
He was born in Bangor, Maine, April 26, 1957. Gary was preceded in death by his loving parents John Estes Smith and Teresa Margaret (Wall) Smith, and an older brother Thomas Milton Smith.
Upon completion of high school Gary enlisted in the United States Army and proudly served his country.
Gary is survived by his son Jacob Calvin Smith and two grandsons Parker and Bentley. Gary is also survived by his loving sister Linda Mary (Smith) O’Brien and two dearly beloved brothers and their wives, John David Smith and Crystal, and Mark Estes Smith and Didi.
A private family service with military honors will be held at Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, Pa.
