Douglas W. Barrick

Douglas W. Barrick, 46, of Mechanicsburg died Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2011, at his home.

Born Oct. 9, 1964, in Carlisle, he was a son of the late Mark W. and Joyce I. Baitsell Barrick.

He was a 1982 graduate of Carlisle High School. Douglas served his country in the U.S. Army.

Surviving are two brothers, Danny Barrick of South Carolina and Kenneth Barrick (and wife, Erin) of Carlisle; two sisters, Connie Altizer (and husband, Richard) of York, S.C., and Rebecca Rhoades (and husband, Curt) of Carlisle; and nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 N. Hanover St., Carlisle, is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
