David J. Macke, 75, of Carlisle, died Wednesday, September 18, 2024.

Born in Cincinnati, OH, he was the son of the late James L.R. and Dorothy Macke (nee Bachmann). Beloved husband of Maribeth (nee Dull) for 53 years (married September 18, 1971). Dear father of Ross (Ramayne) of Carlisle, Luke (Tasha) of Dillsburg, and Suzanne of Arlington, VA. Grandfather of Magarrin, Gavin, and Harper. Brother of Gail and James R.L. Macke and the late Deborah Kippenbrock.

Funeral arrangements will be private and at the convenience of the family.
