Cody D. Otten

Cody D. Otten, 18, of Carlisle, died Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at Manor Care Health Services, Carlisle.
Born July 27, 1994 in Hershey, he was a son of David S. Otten and Sharon I. Foster Hawkins.
Surviving are his father, David S. Otten (and companion, Sheri Coover) of Carlisle; his mother, Sharon I. Hawkins (and husband, Terry) of Carlisle; paternal grandparents, Joyce Otten (and companion, Ben Rodemaker) of Carlisle; maternal grandparents, George and Carol Foster of Bloserville; one brother, Kyle Otten of Carlisle; one step-brother, Jeremy Gibb of Carlisle; and one step-sister, Madelynn Siegfried of Carlisle. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle. A viewing will be held from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
