Cindy J. Capasso

Cindy J. Capasso, 53, of New Cumberland, PA passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at the Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Carlisle. She was born August 16, 1968, in Punxsutawney, PA to the late Donald G. and Bonnie K. (Pennington) Higgins.

Cindy served honorably in the United States Navy as a Dental Technician and in the United States Army as a Dental Specialist, retiring in 2015 and attaining the rank of Sergeant.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years Chris A. Capasso; children Amanda Capasso, Joshua Capasso and his wife Autumn and Justin Capasso; grandchildren Madelyn, Chase, Ava, Camden, Alexis, Carter, Cole, and Allie; sister Tina Higgins and brothers Donald “Bubber” Higgins, Jr., Robert Higgins and Brian Higgins.

Interment will take place privately at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville, PA.
