Charles F Christ

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Charles Christ on June 8, 2025, at the age of 77. Charles, affectionately known to many as "Uncle Charlie," was born on July 26, 1947, and spent a life full of adventure, hard work, and love for his family and friends.

Charlie was a Vietnam era U.S. Airforce veteran and was a graduate of G.A.R High School. As a devoted husband to Beverly Malacarne Christ, and a proud father to Charles Christ Jr. and Christine Christ. His legacy also lives on through his grandchildren, Nathaneal Christ, Catherine Christ, and granddogs Jake and Whiskey. Charlie was deeply loved by his family and will be missed beyond measure.

Charlie’s passion for the outdoors was evident in everything he did. He was an avid fisherman and hunter, often spending time with friends and family on adventures in the wilderness. One of his favorite annual traditions was his trip to Canada, which eventually evolved into yearly excursions to Black Lake, New York. Whether casting a line or tracking wildlife, Charlie cherished the time spent in nature and in the company of those he loved.

As a retired owner-operator of a successful trucking business, Charlie built a reputation for hard work, reliability, and dedication. He took pride in his work and in providing for his family, always with a smile and a story to share.

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Charlie’s life and share their cherished memories during a family gathering on Monday, June 16, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the R Bar and Grill, 119 E Kirmar Ave, Nanticoke, PA 18634. We encourage everyone to join us in honoring Charlie’s life and legacy.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the charity of your choice.

Charlie leaves behind a lifetime of cherished memories, stories, and love. May his soul rest in peace, and may we all hold onto the moments we shared with him.
