Alma Mae Weaver of Alexandria, VA., previously of Carlisle, PA., passed away on May 30, 2024.
She was born in Altoona, PA., on Sunday May 11, 1941, to the late Charles and the late Beulah (Casner) Swartz.
She is survived by her two stepsons, David (and wife Jan) Weaver of Mt. Gretna and John (and wife Caroline) Weaver of Newtown Square, PA. She was preceded in death by her husband John W.H. “Jack” Weaver and brothers Charles Swartz and Jerry Swartz.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday June 5, 2024, at Hoffman Funeral and Cremation 2020 West Trindle Road Carlisle, PA 17013 with Pastor Richard Reese officiating. Burial will follow at Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
