Alfred R. Logan Sr.

Alfred R. Logan Sr., 93, of Carlisle, passed away June 2, 2026, at his home.

Born January 16, 1933, in Carlisle, he was the son of the late Arthur J. and Pearl J. (Myers) Logan Sr. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. Upon his honorable discharge, he was employed for many years at Quaker Oats before retiring.

Surviving Alfred are his children, Michele Toth (Matthew Davis) and Alfred Logan Jr. (Melanie); grandchildren, Garrett Toth, William Toth Jr., Jennifer White, Jared Logan and Jacob Logan; siblings, Arthur Jr., Doris, Evelyn, Thelma, Betty, Jerry, Gary, Richard, Robert and Edward; 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of over 69 years, Irene J. Logan.

He was a member of the Carlisle Fraternal Order of Eagles #1299 and the American Motorcyclist Association.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
