Wandalee Burlew

Wandalee Burlew, 75, of York Haven, died Monday, October 22, 2012 at Bridges at Bent Creek, Mechanicsburg.
Born October 27, 1936 in Carlisle, she was a daughter of the late Charlie I. and E. Ruth Jones Wickard.
She graduated from John Harris High School, Class of 1956. She was employed as a branch manager and associate treasurer for Dauphin Deposit for 37 years. She was a member of Newberrytown Fire Department, a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Goldsboro Fire Company, and the treasurer for the Newberrytown Ambulance Company. She loved to go hot air ballooning. She liked to be on the Susquehanna River boating and jet skiing.
Surviving are her husband of 37 years, Melvin Burlew; one son, Paul L. Sandoe III; two grandchildren, Erika N. Beyer (and husband, David) of Dover and Alissa K. Sandoe of Dover; and one great-grandchild, Lucas G. Beyer. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Elmer Jones and William B. Wickard.
Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
