Terry Ronald Bobb, Sr.

Terry Ronald Bobb, Sr., age 75, of Carlisle, died May 24, 2018 at Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Carlisle, PA.
He was born December 25, 1942, in Carlisle, PA to the late John Raymond and Mary Maxine (Cornman) Bobb.
Terry graduated from Bermudian Springs High School, Class of 1961. Terry was a forklift operator for the former Book-of-the-Month Club, from which he retired after 36 years of service. He was a member of the Hickorytown United Methodist Church, Carlisle. Terry specifically enjoyed fishing, baseball and softball. He coached for Mechanicsburg and Dillsburg Little League baseball teams for many years. He loved cheering for his favorite teams, Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles. He enjoyed following his grandkid’s sporting activities. Following his retirement, Terry was a co-proprietor with his wife Freda at their business, Spade Away Perennials, where he was an excellent salesman.
Terry is survived by his wife of 19 years, Freda (Deitch) Bobb; sons, Terry, Jr. (Deb) of York, Kenneth (Robin) of Dillsburg; daughter, Lisa (Jamey) Reynolds of York; stepson, Donald (Joyce) Kennedy of Dillsburg; brothers, Larry, Stanley, Randy, Michael and Steve Bobb; sisters, Linda Green, Patricia Wooten, and Debra Stine; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Connie Bobb.
The funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at Hickorytown United Methodist Church, 1510 West Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA 17015, with the Pastor TC Finney officiating. Interment will follow at Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens. There will be a viewing at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the services.
