Sue Anne Deitch

Sue Anne Deitch, 49, of Carlisle, passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at UPMC Pinnacle Carlisle while surrounded by her loving family.
She was born December 10, 1969 in Carlisle to the late Charles and Ruth (Koontz) Vanasdalan.
Sue was formerly employed by GS Electric and later sold Avon for many years. She will be remembered for her generosity, her smile and her fighting spirit that allowed her to battle cancer for 10 years. Sue was a music lover, a good friend and a confidant. Above all, she loved her family.
She is survived by her loving husband of 19 years, Ricky E. Deitch of Carlisle; two sons, Adon and Wyatt; four siblings, Joan L. Vanasdalan of Gaithersburg, MD, Charles W. Vanasdalan of Carlisle, Sheri L. Hosterman of Dillsburg, and Amy R. Vanasdalan of Carlisle; two nieces; and two nephews.
A memorial service celebrating Sue’s life will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 20, 2019 at Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2020 West Trindle Road Carlisle, PA 17013 with Rev. Bruce Fensterbush officiating. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family at Springville Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Monday at the funeral home.
