Steven L. Chestnut

Steven L. Chestnut, 66 years of age died on Friday, October 25, 2019 at his residence in Carlisle. He was born in Carlisle on November 17, 1952 to the late Carl and Helen Blosser Chestnut.
Steve had retired from the former C.H. Maslands as a forklift operator and had previously worked for Pepsi Company in Newville. Steven was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was extremely a talented artist with all of his artworks.
He is survived by two brothers, Robert “Bob” and his wife Lisa Chestnut of Newville, Roger and his wife Deb Chestnut of Shippensburg and a sister Lois Ann Chestnut of Newville. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, November 1, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory 2020 West Trindle Road Carlisle with the Rev. Richard L. Reese officiating. There will be a visitation at the funeral home following the services on Friday. Burial will be private and at the convenience of his family at Prospect Hill Cemetery, Newville, PA.
