Sharon Kay Goodling

Sharon Kay Goodling, age 60, of Carlisle, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at her residence with her loving family by her side.

She was born July 11, 1958 in Carlisle, the daughter of the late Joseph and Jean (Kunkle) Bailey.

Sharon was a kind woman, always helping others. Everyone called her “mom” and she treated everyone like family. She enjoyed the beach, animals and spending time with her family.

Sharon is survived by her daughter, Heather Bailey; son, Zachary Goodling; brother, Gary Bailey; sisters, Judy Hefflefinger, Lynn Gutshall, and Karen Shughart; grandsons, Prestyn and Nathyn Goodling; and granddaughters, Serenity and Nevaeh Goodling. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Joanne Conrad.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, November 2, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Hoffman Funeral Home, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA 17013 with Pastor Chris Current officiating. Burial is private.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2020 West Trindle Road Carlisle, PA 17013.
