Russell B. Corbett

Russell B. Corbett Jr., 49, of Carlisle died Saturday, July 16, 2011, in the Carlisle Regional Medical Center.

Born Aug. 16, 1961, in Harrisburg, the son of Russell B. Corbet Sr., Harrisburg and the late Kathleen Peck Shader.

Russell was a 1979 graduate of Central Dauphin High School and attended Bloomsburg College for three years. He was employed at the All American Truck Plaza as a weigh master and clerk for 13 years. He enjoyed Farmville on Facebook.

In addition to his father he is survived by his wife of 20 years, Marjorie Nace Corbett; his step-mother, Joni Corbett of Harrisburg; three step-sons, Kenneth Wise and his wife, Lena of St. Lucie, Fla., Vincent Wise of Carlisle and Wayne Losh Sr., at home; a brother, Robert Corbett of Harrisburg; seven step-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchild.

There will be a viewing from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 2011, in the Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle.
