Ronald S. "Ron" Wright

Ronald S. Wright, age 42, of Mechanicsburg, PA died on Friday, January 8, 2021 in the UPMC Pinnacle West Shore Hospital with his loving family by his side.
He was born in Huntingdon, PA on July 13, 1978 to Ronald T. and Terrie L. Swope Wright of Saxton, PA.
Ron was a youth development counselor with the Loysville Youth Development Center since 2004. He was a graduate of Tussey Mountain High School Class of 1996 and was a graduate of Penn State University. Ron had attended law school at the University of Akron. He was an avid sports fan. But most of all he enjoyed the time he spent with his loving wife of 10 years and his two daughters.
He is survived by his wife, Melissa D. Nailor Wright and their two daughters, Brynleigh P., and Londyn A. Wright all of Mechanicsburg, his parents, Ronald T. and Terrie L. Swope Wright, his sister, Tiffany D. Wright, Saxton, PA, mother and father-in-law, Donald R. and Susan K. Jones Nailor, Carlisle, brother-in-law Lucas R. Nailor, Abington, MD and a grandfather-in-law, Maynard L. Nailor, Mechanicsburg, and several nieces and one nephew.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 22, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2020 West Trindle Rd. Carlisle, PA. Officiating will be Pastor Jonathan Herb. Interment will be in the Longsdorf Cemetery, New Kingstown, PA. There will be a pass-through viewing on Friday at the funeral home from 12:00 Noon until time of services. As mandated by Governor Wolf maximum capacity during gatherings is restricted and you may be asked to wait at the door when you arrive until the numbers allow for your entrance. Masks and social distancing are required.
