Ronald L. Hollenbaugh

Ronald L. Hollenbaugh, 71, of Boiling Springs, passed away Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Select Specialty Hospital at Harrisburg Hospital in Harrisburg, PA.
He was born October 5, 1943 in the old Carlisle Hospital in Carlisle, PA and was the son of the late Lee Robert and Thelma Vernau Hollenbaugh of Carlisle.
Ronald graduated from Carlisle High School and then went on to Shippensburg University where he graduated with his BS degree 50 years ago and later earned his Masters degree. Ronald retired from The Hershey Company after many years of service. At one time, he worked at Carlisle Corporation, Carlisle Tire and Rubber and Sea Wheels, Inc.
Ronald is survived by his wife of 50 years, Sylvia; his twin children, Theresa Deavor of Dillsburg and Kenneth Lee Hollenbaugh of Boiling Springs, PA; three grandchildren, Kaylee Deavor, Matthew Lee Hollenbaugh and Megan Hollenbaugh; cousins, Dale (and wife Donna) Hollenbaugh, Paula (and husband Frank) Evelhoch, Greg Hollenbaugh and Suzette Hollenbaugh; his aunt, Pauline Hollenbaugh; and numerous nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Mary and Earl Hollenbaugh of Carlisle, maternal grandparents of Lancaster, PA and his uncle, Dale Hollenbaugh of Carlisle.
There will not be funeral or memorial services. The family will gather at a later date for a Celebration of Life.

Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 N. Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA is handling the arrangements.
