Ronald E. Wolf

Ronald E. Wolf, 64, of Mechanicsburg, passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Geisinger Holy Spirit Hospital.
He was born April 20, 1954 in Carlisle to Virginia (Stoner) Wolf of Newville and the late George Wolf.
Ron was a 1972 graduate of Cumberland Valley High School. He was the co-owner, with his brother Gary, of Wolf Builders Inc. for 43 years before he retired. Ron was a talented craftsman who was passionate about finish carpentry and woodworking. He loved his Corvette and was a longtime member of the Cumberland Valley Corvette Club. Ron was very proud of his grandchildren who brought great joy to his life.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving wife Maggie (Botto) Shenk of Mechanicsburg; five children, Kimberly Wolf of Mechanicsburg, Jackie (husband Greg) Brammer of New Kingstown, Julia Shenk (fiancé Demitrous Blount) of Maryland, Caitlin (husband Andrew) Stein of Elizabethtown, and Joseph (wife Rachel) Shenk of North Carolina; one brother, Gary (wife Jackie) Wolf of Carlisle; five grandchildren, Terrin, Grace, Emalee, Anna, and Mason; and two nephews, Matthew Wolf of Ohio and Tobie (wife Heather) Wolf of Carlisle. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his previous wife Terri Wolf.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2020 West Trindle Road Carlisle, PA 17013 with Rev. Eric L. Funk officiating. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family. A visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Monday and from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
