Robert E. Welsh, age 50, of Newville, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2016.
He was born February 10, 1966 in Baltimore, MD to Frank and Alice Clark Everson of Reisterstown, MD.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Alicia (and husband Sam) Barnouski of Newville.
There will not be any visitation or services.
Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA is handling the arrangements.
