Rick A. Noll

Rick A. Noll, age 58, of Carlisle, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center.
He was born February 16, 1958 in Newport to the late Dale E. and Betty M. (Britcher) Noll.
Rick was a 1976 graduate of Newport High School and a 1982 graduate of Gannon University, Erie, PA. He owned and operated a landscaping company and worked as the Assistant Plant Manager at Specialty Bakers in Marysville. He formerly worked in management for Fry Communications and in management for Entenmann's Bakery, Carlisle.
Rick had a warm and outgoing personality and easily became friends with anyone he talked to. He bred, trained and raced sulky cart horses, but will best be remembered as a wonderful and loving husband and father who always put his family first.
Rick is survived by: his wife of 19 years, Kyra (Knipe) Noll of Carlisle; a son, Braydon Noll of Carlisle; and a sister, Heidi Shultz of Harrisburg. In addition to his parents, Rick was preceded in death by a brother, Tim Noll; a sister, Grace (Noll) Hoffman; and a nephew, Chris Noll.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, February 20, 2017 at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA with Elder John Swartz officiating. Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be a visitation on Monday at the funeral home from 5:30 p.m. until the time of the service.
