Richard C. Humer

Richard C. Humer, 53, of Limeport, died Thursday, March 6, 2014 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown.
Born August 8, 1960 in Carlisle, he was the son of the late Philip W. and Margaret Barbour Humer.
Richard's faith was very important to him.
Surviving are his step-mother, Felicia Humer of Sewickley; one sister, Kathleen Ries (and husband, Paul) of Mechanicsburg; two step-sisters, Alice Garcia of Bordentown, NJ and Anne Foulkes (and husband, Paul Steliotes) of Sewickley; one aunt, Lorraine Humer of Carlisle; one uncle, Jim Barbour (and wife Dollie) of Boise, ID; six nieces and nephews: Sara Garcia, Timothy Ries, Jonathan Ries, David Ries, Emily Steliotes, and Caroline Steliotes. He was preceded in death by one sister, Jean C. Ringgold and her husband, Melvin.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle. Burial will be in Bloomfield Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
