Priscilla N. Alspaugh

Priscilla N. Alspaugh, 86, of Mechanicsburg, PA passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2022, at Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital after a gallant fight to live. She was born Lemoyne, PA on July 5, 1935, to the late William J. and Priscilla A. (Wolf) Shaffer.
Priscilla proudly served her county in the United States Air Force working as a Military Flight Attendant and Air Traffic Controller. She went on to work for the Federal Government for 39 years, retiring in 1996 from the United States Army War College in Carlisle, PA. Priscilla enjoyed flowers, polish pottery, and family genealogy allowing her to meet once unknown relatives.
She is survived by her son Ike Alspaugh of Carlisle, PA; daughter Sue Quenzer of VA; adoptive daughter Julie Teague and sister Barbara Wiser and her husband Kenny.
In addition to her late parents, Priscilla was preceded in death by her husband Robert L. Alspaugh, Sr; son Robert L. Alspaugh, II and brother William Shaffer.
Graveside services will be held at 2:30PM on Friday, March 25, 2022, at Westminster Cemetery, 1159 Newville Road, Carlisle, PA 17013. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation, 900 S. Arlington Avenue, # 134A, Harrisburg, PA 17109.
