Peggy J. (Miller) Swartz Bell

Peggy J. (Miller) Swartz Bell, 72, of Elliottsburg, Pa died, unexpectedly, Sunday, September 22, 2013 at the Carlisle Regional Medical Center.
Born April 19, 1941 in Carroll Township, Perry County. She was a daughter of the late Leroy and Dorothy Miller.
She worked at Capital Products with twenty-five years of service. Also IBM, where she cleaned offices and retired on March 31, 2010 after working sixteen years.
She is survived by her husband of twenty-two years, Barry Bell of Elliottsburg; one son Jeffrey Swartz of Indiana and his wife Darby and their son Tyler Swartz; a step-daughter Carlene Bell; two step-grandchildren; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister Deloris and her husband Kenneth Kirk Patrick of Shermans Dale, Pa. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Miller; daughters, Siamese twins that died at birth, Jean and Jenette Swartz; and her first husband, Edgar Swartz.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 27, 2013 at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle with Rev. Richard L. Reese. Burial will be in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle. A viewing will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, September 26, 2013 at the funeral home and from 10:00 a.m., on Friday until the time of the service.
