Paul Wilbur Kunkle

Paul Wilbur Kunkle, 82, of Carlisle, died Sunday, July 29, 2012 at Forest Park Health Center, Carlisle.
Born April 18, 1930, he was a son of the late Earl Wilbur and Nellie Mae Hamilton Kunkle.
He worked as an auto mechanic with his father and owned and operated Paul’s TV Repair, Newville. For several years he worked the gate at the Carlisle Fairgrounds. Paul enjoyed the outdoors and especially his cabin on the Yellow Breeches where he went fishing with his family.
Surviving are one sister, Arlene Mae Group of Carlisle; one niece, Kim Elaine Rutz of Carlisle; and three great-nephews, Benjamin D. Rutz of Carlisle, Austin J. Rutz of Brooklyn, NY, and Aaron M. Rutz of Carlisle.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 4, 2012 at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle with Rev. Jan E. Custer officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Churchtown. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
