Nora A. Hill

Nora A. Hill, 73, of Camp Hill passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at UPMC Pinnacle West Shore Hospital.

Born on May 3, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Mervin and Margaret (Mohler) Chronister.

Nora retired from Fry Communications. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with family, friends and her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Jay Coyle, Jr. and his wife Janice of Shippensburg; daughter, Sue Coyle-Avaritt and her husband Eric of Camp Hill; brothers, Norm, Percy, and Mike Chronister; sisters, Betty Walters, Peggy Wagner and Connie Strausbaugh; grandchildren, Aaron and Hunter Coyle and Yvonne and Erica Avaritt; great-grandson, Ross Hughes; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Charles “Butch” Chronister.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 10 at 10:00 am at Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Rd. Carlisle, PA with Rev. Richard Reese officiating. A viewing will be held at the funeral home from 9:00 am until the start of the service. Burial will be at Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens.
