Natalie R. Sautter, 88, of Lakewood, NJ, formerly of Carlisle, PA and West Orange, NJ died Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Leisure Park Assisted Living, Lakewood, NJ.
Born December 24, 1924 in Orange, NJ, she was a daughter of the late John August and Mary Agnes Kelley Erickson and the widow of Thomas F. Sautter, Jr.
She was past president of Rosary Society in Orange, NJ. She enjoyed bowling. Natalie loved a good laugh and described herself as "outrageous" and lived "out loud".
Surviving are five children, Carole S. Hely, Kathleen S. Thomas, Mary Beth Sautter, Thomas Francis III (and wife, Marcia), and Patrice S. DelVecchio; one son-in-law, Daniel Hely; nine grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Also, numerous nieces and nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by one son, Daniel J. Sautter; two brothers, Austin Erickson and John Erickson; and one sister, Muriel Fanning.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m., Friday October 4, 2013 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 85 Marsh Drive, Carlisle with Rev. Dwight Schlaline as celebrant. Burial will be Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. A viewing will be held from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the church on Friday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Andrew J. Fontanella Parish Activity Center Building Fund, 152 East Pomfret Street, Carlisle, PA 17013.
