Nancy S. Hoefert

Nancy S. Hoefert, 64, of Carlisle died Saturday, Sept. 24, 2011, at home.

Born June 2, 1947, in Carlisle, the daughter of the late William C. and Ethel Weaver Swartz.

Nancy was a member of the St. John's Episcopal Church, Carlisle, where she was a volunteer.

Surviving are her husband of 38 years, Eugene Hoefert, and three daughters, Becky Ledebohm and her husband Oskar of Merchantville, N.J., Katie Hoefert of Carlisle and Meghan Hoefert and her fiancée Trey of Herndon, Va.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 29, at St. John's Episcopal Church on the Square in Carlisle with the Rev. Canon Mark A. Scheneman officiating.

Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., 219 N. Hanover St., Carlisle, is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
