Nancy J. Miller

Nancy Jean Miller, age 85, of Carlisle, passed away Saturday, October 14, 2017 at the Thornwald Home, Carlisle.
She was born August 24, 1932 in Pine Grove, PA to the late Claude R. and Mildred C. (Krum) Krammes and was the widow of Kenneth E. Miller.
Nancy was a graduate of Pine Grove Area High School and attended the Ford Business School. She retired from the Commonwealth of PA Governor’s Office as a Personnel Analyst. After retirement, she was a private antique dealer for 40 years.
She is survived by: her son, Scott R. (wife Karla) Witmer of Hanover; her daughter, Lisa G. Witmer of Harrisburg; two sisters, Faye (husband Ralph) Dissinger of Pine Grove and Donna (husband Thomas) Griffiths of Mechanicsburg; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
In keeping with Nancy’s wishes, there will not be any services or visitation.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 897, Hershey, PA 17033.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA.
